Should I not e-file because my 457(b) contribution is below the maximum but Turbotax dose not allow me to e-file?

The policy is: For a 457(b) plan, you can contribute up to 24,500 in 2018 if you're older than 50. I am over 50 and my contribution was less than 24,500. There was no problem e-file with Turbotax in the past many years, with the same amount of 457(b) contribution, and the same W-2 form reporting the 'box12b G', from the same employer. Why now?

The issue you are having has been resolved in an update released 4/5/19.
