      <description>&lt;P&gt;5498 forms often come out in May or June.&amp;nbsp; So long as the total you contributed to your IRA accounts didn't exceed the 2018 contributions limit of $5,500 ($6,500 50 or older), your Roth IRA contributions won't impact your taxes whether or not you take the standard deduction or itemize.&amp;nbsp; Just be sure your income didn't exceed the cutoff for making a Roth IRA contribution detailed in IRS publication 590-A &lt;A rel="nofollow" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p590a.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
