      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;No&lt;/B&gt;, a 1099-K is not considered use for "personal". &amp;nbsp;If you receive a 1099-K then the IRS (and the entity that issued the 1099-K) considers the activity that you engaged in to earn the income that is reported on the 1099-K is a "business". &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
