      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct that you can't enter '&lt;I&gt;Not on File'&lt;/I&gt; as a Cost Basis.&amp;nbsp; If you can't get a Cost Basis, you can enter $0, however.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some ways to help you find a Cost Basis:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
