      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you are retired and have form 1099-R, sometimes the form lists your premiums sometimes it doesn't... but the insurance premiums paid through retirement are after-tax, so they are tax deductible and can be entered as your medical expenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;
