    <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax is correct.&amp;nbsp; Qualified dividends are a portion of the ordinary dividends reported, so they cannot possibly exceed ordinary dividends.&amp;nbsp;In other words, any amount that is present on line 2b must also be included on line 2a.&amp;nbsp; It works the same way as boxes 1a and 1b of Form 1099-DIV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact the CPA to obtain a corrected Schedule K-1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
