topic My w-2 has different things in boxes 15-20 so I'm not sure what to enter in Retirement tax questions

For example, Box 15 is blank in one area, and Box 15 says KS in another. Maybe it's because I work in Kansas and live in Missouri.

Treat all of the copies of the W-2 as if they were one. First, enter all of your Federal information. Next, find the KS line that has boxes 15 through 17 filled in. If you have a MO line with information in boxes 16 and/or 17, then you will click on "Add another line" and enter that information. If you have local taxes paid, (boxes 18-20) these are entered beneath any state taxes. You enter the amounts in boxes 18 and 19, the locality in box 20, and the state associated with the locality afterwards.
