When I listed 2 sets of box 18, 19, and 20 as my W2 says, How do I answer on following question "Which Locality was (Box 20) for?"

I live in Yonkers, and work in Brooklyn. My W2 has 2 sets of numbers in boxes 18-20. I listed both of them by using additional list on Turbo tax. Then following questions ask, "Which Locality was New York, NY (box20) for?" and I have to choose Yonkers or New York City. Same question follows for Yonkers. " Which Locality was Yonkers, NY (box 20) for?" and have to choose Yonkers or NYC. How should I answer these questions?

Which Locality was New York, NY (box20) for? New York City [NYC includes Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Queens.]

Which Locality was Yonkers, NY (box 20) for? Yonkers
