      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure that the issuer knows your new address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can still file the return with the current 1099R.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you are correct the 1099R is income to the state you were living in at the time it is received. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to do an allocation when you get to the State(s) to determine how much was received in each State. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
