It depends. It would be helpful if you had the Form 5498 that reports the rollover contribution to your IRA. Although you dont have to enter the 5498 into Turbo Tax, you might need some of the information from that form, such as the fair market value of the IRA, when answering the questions after you have entered your Form 1099R.

You should be able to get a copy of this form from the institution that handles your IRA.
