My daughters social security benefit was not added to my total income. Should'nt it be added being that it states add lines 7 through 14b?

You would never enter your dependent's social security income or any income to your own tax return except in very specialized circumstances. Delete the entry.

Correct. A child's SSA may have a parent's name on it, but if it belongs to the child, it is the child's income. It is very unusual for a child to have enough other income for the benefit to be taxed. If the benefit belongs to you alone, include in your return.
