A High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is a health plan that is required for a Health Savings Account (HSA). Apparently, something you entered told TurboTax that you have an HSA.

If you do have an HSA, then answer the HDHP questions as they apply to your health insurance.

If you have an entry in box 12 with a code of Q on your W-2, then your employer thinks you have an HSA, and now so does TurboTax.

If you are sure that you don't have an HSA, then do the following:

Delete your W-2 (but make sure you have a copy of it)

Go to Tax Tools on the left, then navigate to Tools->Delete a form. Delete the forms 8889-T, 8889-S (if one), and 1099-SA (if one)

Re-add your W-2, but enter it manually (not automatically imported).

Proceed with the rest of the tax return.
