Chase declined mine..only thing I found that works is...Walmart will let u withdraw $1000 3 diff times a day. But it charges 3.49 every withdraw

Furthermore, these cards do not work at banks like BOA, Chase or Wells Fargo. I tried and the card declined each time, even for just $400.

Just go to customer service and tell them u want to withdraw money off of your card. Also some of us use cards because like myself I cannot get a bank account right now. Trust me..if I could..I would!
