    <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot include them on your 2017 tax return, if that is what you mean. &amp;nbsp;If you did not include them on previous years' tax returns when they should have been included, you need to amend those tax returns. &amp;nbsp;Only SSA1099's should be entered IF you had other income for those years. &amp;nbsp;SSI (Supplemental Security Income) is not taxable and does not ever get entered on a tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
