      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband rolled over his Thrift Savings Plan (Gov't employee) to another traditional IRA through Charles Schwab. He then split it into two traditional IRA accounts. It is including it in the Total Distributions on the 1040 line 4a but it doesn't seem to be taxing it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
