      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will receive a 1099-R for this by Jan 31 or so. It is entered in.Wages and Income; Retirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interest paid on personal loans or credit cards is not deductible. Just mortgage and student loan interest paid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
