topic Minnesota form M1LTI in Retirement tax questions

I cannot delete MN form M1LTI. It continues to reappear when going through the final review. I have tried going to forms, unchecking the LTC paid premium in the MN Info Worksheet in Part IV, I have gone back through the Minnesota Credits section to "Revisit" the Long-Term Care Credit and answer NO to both (joint filing), and I have tried manually deleting the form. It continues to return during the review, forcing me to enter a policy number and giving me a $100 credit.

OK, I think I found a work-around.

When you get to the "Taxes and Credits Summary" and it shows the $100 credit for Long-Term Care premiums, FORMS, go into the MN Info Worksheet, go down to Part IV, uncheck the Long-Term Care Taxpayer paid premiums box, the form will go away (in the LH column), go back to Step-by-Step, the summary page will now show a $0 credit, click continue. Save file after reaching Smart Check Complete.

I made it to the Tax Summary for 2025 with no more glitches. Hope it holds until I file.
