Will $0 be withheld for a low monthly pension?

My spouse will begin receiving a small pension. Gross amount will be $300/month. She'll have to complete a form W4-P, but it looks to me like, with monthly income that low, $0 will be withheld for FIT no matter what status and # allowances she specifies. Am I correct, or is there some minimum amount that will be withheld for FIT?

Unless you specify an amount on line 3 she will have zero withholding ... however you can increase your withholding in other places if this $3600 makes a difference. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4p.pdf
