&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;/B&gt;Yes, since the trust is apparently owned by the grantor (one spouse) and one other person (the other spouse), you can continue filing joint returns and treat the trust as a disregarded entity (a grantor trust).
