I have 2 savings accounts with a bank that sent 2 1099-INT forms. TurboTax recognizes only one of them. Do I enter total of box 1 on both forms in the Box 1 for Turbotax?

Yes, you can enter the total of both 1099-INTs as one 1099-INT in TurboTax. As long as it's from the same bank and it was issued to the same person.
