      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify? &amp;nbsp;Check if your Box 16 is blank, NYS requires a state distribution amount. You may need to manually enter the amount from Box 1 (Gross Distribution) into Box 16 (State Distribution) if the entire amount is taxable to NY. &amp;nbsp;Or ensure the withholding in Box 14 is actually less than the taxable distribution in Box 16.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, your reply confirmed what I suspected, that a blank Box 16 was causing the problem.&amp;nbsp; I manually updated Box 16 to match Box 1 and the issue was resolved and my return filed successfully.&amp;nbsp; I think your response would be a great addition by turbotax&amp;nbsp; as a "more information" pop up on the page that flags this issue.&amp;nbsp; Your reply&amp;nbsp; was very helpful.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
