      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. You do not send the IRS a copy of the form, but you do need to report this on your return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I should have clarified, TurboTax wanted me to upload the form so it could be sent to irs I think. &amp;nbsp;I don’t understand as it’s should already have but TurboTax needed me to upload it for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check in your forms list and make sure you do not have multiple 1099-DAs entered. &amp;nbsp; If you do, delete them. &amp;nbsp; And when you entered your from, did you change the default answer to &lt;STRONG&gt;YES&lt;/STRONG&gt;? on the &lt;I&gt;Did you get a 1099-DA?&lt;/I&gt; &amp;nbsp;screen? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you enter this in as a single line item in the investment portion of the program instead of choosing to summarize. When you enter the investment sale into the return, it asks you if you wish to summarize your sales or enter those one by one. Choose to enter these one by one even though it is one line item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
