Why is Texas missing from the dropdown menu on the "Enter your 1099-R details from..." page?

Texas is missing from the dropdown menus. Is that a menu programming glitch?

TX has no state income tax, so TX will not appear in certain drop down menus. Leave it blank.

For state boxes, if box 16 is empty or zero then for box 16 State Distribution put the same amount that’s in box 1. If box 14 is blank you can leave boxes 14,15 & 16 blank.
