      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. If you received distributions from an IRA you have to report the distributions on your tax return. Fidelity sent you a Form 1099-R showing the total distributions that you received for the year. You have to enter the 1099-R in TurboTax. If you did not receive the 1099-R in the mail you can download it from your online Fidelity account or call them and ask them to send another copy.&lt;/P&gt;
