      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you only get Social Security it is not taxable and you don’t need to file a tax return. &amp;nbsp; Unless you are married and your spouse has income. &amp;nbsp; Or get a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. &amp;nbsp; Do you have tax withholding taken out of Social Security? &amp;nbsp;Then you need to file to get the withholding refunded. &amp;nbsp; And should change your Social Security to not have any withholding taken out. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your ONLY income for 2024&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; was Social Security, you do not have to file an income tax return, unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance, or if you took money out of a MSA or FSA.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
