Missing WA state option on 1099-R entry

I have several 1099-R forms that need to be entered and there is no option for WA state (in Box 15). Yes, I understand that Washington doesn't have a state income tax, but that is not the issue. I am able to enter WA state on other forms, just not the 1099-R.

This must be a bug. I would like to know when it will be fixed.

WA has no state income tax, so WA will not appear in certain drop down menus. Leave it blank.
