I take my RMD from one account to satisfy all accounts. I have received the 1099R for each account showing taxes paid on the RMD. I need to know how to show the RMD's have been satisfied.

If you take the RMD from 1 account why do you have a 1099R for each account?

Every account has to have a RMD taken out. I get a statement showing the RMD for each account. My advisor says I can meet my RMD by taking the total from one account. I have done that and have had taxes taken out. On past Turbo Tax I was able to show on each account the RMD has been satisfied.

I know. But did you actually get a 1099R for the other accounts? did you take out anything from the other accounts?

When you enter that 1099R say is for the total RMD and enter the total RMD for all accounts
