    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5156486"&gt;@mayace&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yep...another person with desktop software...went to Forms Mode to delete the SS benefits worksheet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then returned to the regular interview to re-enter it successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know what's casein this for some users.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Try deleting the SSA-1099 that you started. save and close your return. Then restart TurboTax and reopen your return. Be sure to agree to updates when you restart.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
