      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the numbers on your 1099-Q have decimal values (i.e. dollars &lt;I&gt;and &lt;/I&gt;cents, like $00.00), you can try rounding those values up or down to the nearest dollar, and entering them as whole numbers. (i.e. $0)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IRS will not accept any dollar values that are not rounded, and will be expecting the software to round off those values regardless, so you can try entering them as rounded values in the first place, to see if this corrects the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
