      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Not necessarily.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is usually a mailing from your custodian telling you that you &lt;I&gt;need to make&lt;/I&gt; a Required Minimum Distribution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;I&gt;&lt;B&gt;thereafter&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/I&gt; took a Required Minimum Distribution from your account, then you should have received a 1099-R.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
