      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed ttx 2024 Premier in my windows 11 laptop. The program can't process my credit card info when trying to purchase their protection service if audited. I talked to the help desk for literally 3 hours with no solution. Has anyone experiencing the same problem? I am mostly concerned in case my e-file payment for my state return is not processed. On the subject, could I pay ttx for processing my state return with by bank account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help/comment is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
