In your Federal return, on the tab for Wages & Income, scroll down to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other and Edit/Add.

Then take the following steps:

On the page Here's the investment sales info we have so far choose Edit next to the financial institution which reported the Wash sales.
Continue to the page Here's the info we have for these investment sales and edit the transaction that you want to add information to.
On the page Tell us about your [Name] 1099-B, choose the blue button I'll enter additional information on my own.
On the page Let's get the rest of the info from your [Name] 1099-B, enter the information from Box 1g.
