If not,, check with your plan administrator to request information as to why they did not issue a Form 1099-R to you. &amp;nbsp;The fact you did not receive one could be an indicator it is not taxable to you. However if you are referring to a required minimum distribution (RMD vs MRD) then it would seem you have a taxable transaction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
