Form 1099-R

I’m trying to finish my taxes but after I enter the information on the form it gives a error message that something isn’t right, box 2a is empty but then 2b has both boxes checked and I had them keep or take out 10% for taxes when I had to get the distribution so that amount is in box 4 and then box 7 has 1 and box for IRA/SEP/Simple checked so what should I do to finish and submit my taxes or is the form incorrect?

Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

If that doesn't work, delete your 1099-R and re-enter it.

How to delete a 1099-R:

Open TurboTax
Go to Income & Expenses
Select Review/Edit
Go to Form 1009-R
Select Add/Edit
Select the trash can next to the 1099-R that you want to delete

Then add the 1099-R again.
