Where do I find an Estate Tax Form to fill out?

If you need to prepare an estate return you will need TurboTax Business ---which must be used on Windows. This is not the same software that can be used for a personal income tax return.

You will need to purchase TurboTax Business. See TurboTax® Business Desktop 2024-2025.

TurboTax does not have a product to prepare an estate tax return, Form 706.

If you need to prepare an estate income tax return, Form 1041, you must use TurboTax Business (not TurboTax Home & Business).
