      <description>&lt;P&gt;She would enter the Form 1099-R on her tax return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the amount distributed in box 1 is greater than $14,600 if she is Single she is required to file a tax return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the amount is less then $14,600 and there were no federal income taxes withheld shown in box 4 of the form, and she has no other income, she is not required to file a tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
