TT claims W-2 address incorrect and cannot e-file

Hi people smarter than me,

TT Premier is looping me back to a W-2 address, claiming that the state and zip code do not match up (OH and 60026) and I have verified this address. When I proceed to "transmit return now" I am looped back to this stalling point. Yikes.

Ok...Which address is the program saying is incorrect? The employer address or your address?

What is the name of the city in Ohio that is entered on the W-2 that is causing the error?

I have found the error with the sender's info after triple checking. lol. Thanks for assisting.
