Click Add 1099R.

Use the following TurboTax help article for guidance to enter your Form 1099-R:

Then, you should see a title for the Form 1099-R you have already entered on the screen. Click the box 'Add Another 1099-R' to add information from another form.

Be sure to answer all the follow-up questions after entering all of your Form 1099-R information.
