      <description>&lt;P&gt;It appears you are using the desktop version of TT, not the online version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way to fix this is to enter Forms mode and go to your state's "Info Worksheet". Delete anything in the two "Date of death" boxes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's how it looks in California.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
