No.

You do not enter your 2020 form 1099-R for a Roth IRA distribution made in 2020 on your 2024 tax return.

There shouldn't be any questions in 2024 TurboTax asking about Roth IRA distributions made in 2020. If you made a disaster distribution or a Coronavirus-Related Distribution in 2020, its inclusion in income would have been completed by 2022 and the deadline to repay any of that distribution would have passed in 2023. Its effect on a possible Retirement Savings Contributions credit would have ended with your 2022 tax return.

Well, maybe yes.

If you made a Roth IRA withdrawal in 2024, AND you are under age 59-1/2, then Turbotax needs to know the details of your Roth IRA account to determine if the withdrawal is taxable. Withdrawal of Roth contributions is always tax-free, but withdrawal of conversions or earnings may be subject to income tax and/or a penalty if you are under age 59-1/2. If you made a Roth withdrawal this year, Turbotax will ask about your total of prior contributions and your total of prior withdrawals, so it can calculate if this year's withdrawal is taxable. You are not being asked about a 2020 withdrawal so it can be taxed again, you are being asked about all your withdrawals and all your contributions to determine if this year's withdrawal is taxable or not.
