The TurboTax program section for Social Security is not working. It will not allow data to be input. When will this be fixed?

Are you using the TurboTax online web-based editions or the TurboTax desktop editions installed on a personal computer? If the desktop editions, Windows or Mac?

Only you can access support. We cannot do that for you.

Concerning the Social Security SSA-1099, there is no issue entering the SSA-1099 using the 2024 TurboTax desktop editions for Windows. There is also no issue entering the SSA-1099 using the 2024 TurboTax online web based editions.

Thank you but the only way I was able to input social security info was to go to the FORMS SECTION OF THE PROGRAM and enter it that way. It was not accessible using the STEP BY STEP METHOD
