Why is it showing a penalty for excess accumulations in retirement account. I have taken all of my RMD

In the Interview for entering a 1099-R, did you see the screen "About this Retirement Account" where you are asked if this withdrawal is RMD for 2024? Did you answer "Yes" and then answer the questions that follow?

If you did not see this, is it possible that you are not yet 73?

I am 84 so I have been taking the RMD for many years. There is a problem with the 2024 turbo tax program. I think they tried to do an update and didn't have a good system analyst check the new program.
