Why did my 2024 return disappear

I started my 2024 return on 1/9. When it got to 1099-R a message said I had to wait until 1/11 for software update.I would receive email.

I waited. Received no email from TurboTax saying it was ready. I logged in to look. My while return is gone. Looks like I logged in for the first time this year.

What happened. Do I need to start all over? Is it going to disappear again?

The 1099R self employment Timon was updated. Sounds like you logged into a different account. Or you used the Desktop program.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Logged in one more time and everything came back. Me or them? It doesn't matter, I am satisfied.
