My program says Jan 11. If you have the Desktop program you can enter it in Forms mode. But then later you should still go though the step by step interview section to answer all the follow up questions.

And....if you are hoping to import your 1099R, the financial institutions often do not have the data ready for importing into tax software until sometime in February. They often make it visible or available for you to print out for yourself before they allow it to be imported. So if you are in a hurry, you might have to key it in by hand when you have the hard copy of the 1099R.
