Where do I enter a proposed tax assessment?

I filed my 2023 return with an extension. I paid what I thought I would owe when I requested the extension. I filed my return in September and then realized one of my 1099R's was incorrect and I would owe more money when I filed an amended return. There was a problem with this 1099R and while I was working on getting that rectified, I wanted to make a payment so that I wouldn't accrue any more interest and penalties. I paid it through IRS Direct Pay as a "proposed tax assessment" for my 2023 tax year. Now that I am ready to file my amended return, where do I enter this amount?
