To enter a conversion from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA in TurboTax, you would enter your Form 1099-R into TurboTax and provide answers to the interview questions indicating the amount that you converted to a Roth IRA. Once you’ve entered the conversion, TurboTax will automatically generate a Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs, which will be included as part of your income tax return.

I hope this helps!
