MD, &amp;nbsp;I receive a pension from the state and a supplemental pension from the county. &amp;nbsp;I'm 65, the pensions are defined benefit and all pre-tax (reported on my fed return). Should they qualify for the pension exclusion?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
