The TurboTax desktop program were updated for the Form 1099-R today, 12/08/2023.

Availability dates are subject to change so be patient especially since you cannot efile until sometime in January.

They are both updated and ready to file. What is the message you get when attempting to file your returns? This thread is from last year, so I am not sure what kind of issue you are having.. @2696lakre

As of 04/03/2023 my form continues to show 1099R is being updated. When will it show updated and allow me to enter my 1099-R's?

There is no current issue with the form and should be ready to be filed. Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ. Also, make sure you have run all updates.
