    <description>&lt;P&gt;And, if you are using the Desktop software...make sure you work all the way out to the table of 1099-R forms, then hit the button to "&lt;EM&gt;Add Another 1099-R&lt;/EM&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's still a problem there...I HOPE you did not change the order of which spouse was listed first on this year's file vs. last year's file.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; That could very well cause form identity problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I both have 1099-R from Federal OPM.&amp;nbsp; When I enter one and then the other, the second input overwrites the first one even though both entries asked for the entries by our respective names.&amp;nbsp; Why can't I save both of them by name separately?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In TurboTax Online, when entering each form 1099-R, there is a page titled &lt;STRONG&gt;Who does this 1099-R belongs to?&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that you click on the first name of the spouse the 1099-R belongs to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See this screenshot:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://lithium-response-prod.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/turbotax.response.lithium.com/RESPONSEIMAGE/1dc45cdd-d92c-43e9-8fd2-2d0b6863d22d.default.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
