Yes. Go to the Form 1099-R section and you should see a list of all of the entries that have been made. Click the trash can icon or the Delete button next to the one you want to delete.

I don’t see any of that… I’m using the Costco version on my laptop

Please see the following steps to delete a Form 1099-R in TurboTax Desktop:

Click "Federal Taxes" on the top and select "Wages & Income"
Click "I'll choose what to work on"
Scroll down and click "Update" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R)"
You should see the "Your 1099-R Entries" screen with all you Form 1099-R listed
Click "Delete" next to the one you want to delete.
